Seborrhea is a skin disorder that is categorized as two types. They are known as Seborrhea oleosa, oily skin or Seborrhea Sicca, dry skin. The symptoms of both are dry flaky skin, a terrible “doggy smell” and itching and it is usually accompanied with other ear and skin infections.
