DogTime Visited Chicago’s Bark In The Park 2019! [CUTE PICTURES]

Soldier Field may be home to the Chicago Bears, but May 18th, 2019, it hosted the Windy City’s dogs! DogTime visited the Bark in the Park event hosted by the Anti-Cruelty Society.

The event included a two and a half mile walk next to beautiful Lake Michigan with tons of pooches and their humans strutting their stuff. Then, they cooled off outside of the stadium with some live music, free doggy massages, an obstacle course, and plenty of fun. It was all for a good cause, too!

We were so happy to meet all the urban pups, see old friends, and enjoy a gorgeous day in the big city. Here’s what we saw at Chicago’s Bark in the Park!

Pictures From Chicago’s Bark In The Park 2019

As you can see from the pictures, there were so many cute pups at the event. The volunteers did a great job of organizing and hosting, and among those volunteers, we found our old friends at Windy City Paws! They’re Chicago’s best dog walkers, and they give back to the community.

All the doggos were on their best behavior, and there were very few disagreements. The dogs ranged from tiny puppies to full-grown Mastiffs and everything in between.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Hopefully we’ll get to attend again next year!

Support The Anti-Cruelty Society

The Anti-Cruelty Society has been working to make lives better for animals since 1899! That’s over a century of care.

It’s a non-profit organization with an open door policy to help any animal in need. This is possible with the help of over 600 volunteers and donations from the animal lover community.

You can help support their mission, even if you don’t live anywhere near Chicago, by making a charitable contribution here.

We loved donating to this great cause and spending our day with dogs in the park. Hope to see you at the next Bark in the Park!
