At the local shelter nobody wanted this slightly older dog with medical issues, he was scheduled for euthanization, but the good doctors at Vet Ranch decided that Lucky would get a new chance at life. This adorable little Chihuahua came into Vet Ranch covered in fleas, dental disease, and a mass on his rectum.
They treated his fleas, bathed him, trimmed his nails, neutered him, fixed the mass on his butt (hernia), cleaned his teeth and now he’s in great shape. It’s heartwarming to see how happy Lucky is when he’s all healed and got the medical treatment that he needed. So many animals like Lucky are not so lucky.
