hmmm... maybe another ferret. i miss my babies.
I have five dogs- three corgis, a corgi/border collie, and a corgi, choc. lab mix. ( the last one is a new resuce from a shelter in Kentucky a week ago, so I will post a pic soon! They are the reason i get up in the morning! i help transport dogs between shelters, resuces, foster and forever home through a group called truck-n-paws. We transport all over the country to save pets. I also volunteer at a local no-kill animal shelter. I am training to become a dog beahviorist/trainer in the near future. My ulitmate dream would be to have some land and be able to foster pets that need to get out of shelters bfore being euthnized.
shes hyper, quirky, strong willed, and energic! She loves to cuddle with her family though. shes a little napoleon- smallest dog in the house with the biggest personality!
he is the best dog I have ever had. He is well mannered and loves balls. he sleeps with us and has the run of the house during the day... buts hes not happy without his Loofa Dog toy!
Gabby is a puppymill puppy with lots of health problems and beahvior problems. I work with her all the time to help her improve her coping skills. she is dog-dog aggressive with our pack and she is scared of other dogs away form home. She has made great strides in her treatment using positive reinforcement and doggy prozac.
She is amazing- quick to learn and listen to me. she likes to instigate fights sometime though! She is most content curled up on me watching tv or laying on the back of the couch chewing on a toy.
I don't know much about him yet. We are getting to know him, but he is playful, loves to be loved on, and has a lab personailty in a corgi body! he looks like a choc. lab squcised into a corgi! its rather funny.
