  • Quirkiest habit: If you raise your voice, she gets so close to you that she climbs on top of you thinking you are mad at her. It is sooo cute!
  • Why I chose this dog: She is a Sato - a Puerto Rican Street Dog - we had gone with the intent of picking up another dachshund mix for our 6 yr old girl Missy, but the dog we wanted did not come to the event. So, of all the dogs, Holly seemed the sweetest.

She is named after a song of Neil Diamond called "Holly Holy", which reminds me of my mother, whom I lost two years ago. neil Diamond was her favorite singer, and Holly was just so fitting!

  • Best trick: Throwing a stuffy in the air and catching it
  • Quirkiest habit: When fresh sheets go on the bed, she rolls all over them on her back
  • Why I chose this dog: She was a surprise. I wanted a greyhound, walked in from work one day, and there she was just wagging her tail at me.
  • Is not a fan of: Getting her feet wiped off after walking in wet grass.
