Our third rescue and we are three for three. Three wonderful dogs and three dogs smarter than us.
I lived a sad life living in a crate for nine years until the SPCA took me and the other dogs and cats I was living with to the West Milford Animal shelter. I was terrified of people until one of the volunteers spent all of his spare time to teach me to trust people. Today I am living the life I couldn’t have dreamed of. I have a house to live in, go for walks every day, have a kid brother to play with, and a family that loves and cares for me. I now have every thing a dog could want but I feel badly that so many of the dogs and cats I lived with for so long still don’t have a home and family to call their own.
