A few months ago I lost my StaffyX "Spirit" to cancer. I was heartbroken but I'm a dog person through and through so the need for a new companion got me looking at rescues. "Pitbull" type dogs are banned here in Ontario. Only ones that were born before Nov/05 are allowed to remain. I still wanted a dog of the same breed so I found "Bullies in Need" and adopted "Edgar" just over a week ago. We are still learning about each other but I'm in love already and I think he might be too!!!!!
This profile is in memory of my very best friend Spirit who passed away on Sept 6/08 from Lymphoma at the age of 13. He is missed dearly by the MANY MANY people who loved him. Rest in peace little man.
