Entertainment tips for dogs
That was a nice lecture on who dogs are... but you never once answered the man's question. He obviously already has a dog, so telling him not to get one is late advise, and he obviously cares about his dog because he is taking the time to ask you the question. The proper thing to do would have been to briefly step down from your pedestal and simply respond to his question...

Bassett/Plott hound cross
Has anyone out there seen one. Saw a beautiful one up for adoption locally and was curious to find out what kind of personality he would have. This is a one year old neutered male, beautiful brindle color with short legs. Would like other opinions as to what kind of pet this would make.

Dog games
I need idea's for my saint bernard to do and play he has two other females for campaions but they have a large fenced in yard if he's not barking at top of the fence at the people who walk by he is laying on the deck as well as the girls doing realy nothing. aggression
i need help. I have a 17 month old newf, When anybody comes to the door he becomes extremely aggresive. we have had two situations that friends have open the door and he goes for them. I f i let the person in he is fine. Any suggestions on how to stop the aggression with the door.

Is this article serious? Dont let dogs hump is what this thing is saying? Why the hell not? Dogs do this in order to establish hierarchie in the pack. Just because it offends our HUMAN values doesnt mean it offends dogs. Just because we dont do it doesnt mean they shouldnt its only natural. If my dog is humping and someone would decide to lay a finger on my dog I would tell them off without hesitation. Whats next? Dont let dogs walk on 4 legs...

I never went to the dog park to pick up anyone and wouldn't expect responsible dog owners to be using the dog park as a meat market either. I used to take my dog to the dog park and would see owners busy reading the paper (one guy even brought a lawn chair to settle into while reading the paper and ignoring his dog), or chatting at length on the cell phone.
