“both of my boys stay in and out. they are only allowed out in the backyard with supervision. this is tougher on my 16 month as he was a stray before he was adopted, my 5 1/2 year old perfers the inside. however, they get daily sniffies to outside world. i find this helps, especially with the little guy.
