Beneful Baked Delights

Hugs, Stars, Quacks and Snackers. The hounds were lucky enough to get to sample the new Hugs treats - beef and cheese flavored, crispy dog snacks with soft savory centers.

Shakespeare was our first tester, needless to say he was chomping at the bit to begin his assignment. I really like the fact that the treats are substantial enough that even our Great Dane can't just inhale them in a nano-second.

Shake gently took the Hug from my hand and carried it to a spot where he could spread out, relax and savor the flavor. Shake gives Hugs a 5 muddy paws-up rating and goes nuts at the mere sight of the Baked Delights box.

Little Kasha is the newest addition to our review panel. She is an 8 week old Samoyed puppy who loves to play and is extremely motivated by food.

While Hugs are more of a meal than a snack for Kasha, we just couldn't leave her out of the action.

Kasha was so excited, she bumped the box right out of my hand, onto the floor and proceeded to shove her snout in the package to score her own tasty treat. Why wait for a human when you can do it yourself?! She was hooked! Kasha gives a 5 snowy-white paws-up rating to Baked Delights!

You can purchase an 11 oz. box of Baked Delights Hugs (beef & cheese), Quacks (cheese), Stars (bacon & cheese) and Snackers (peanut butter & cheese) on the Petsmart website for $4.50.

  • Portable Pet Food and Drink Tote

Here's a product that dog lovers can't live without! Got a dog that loves car travel, watches sporting events, goes on hikes and picnics? For the dog on the go, the Portable Pet Food and Drink Tote is ideal! It is a stackable hardshell compact tote with carry handle that holds up to 8 cups of food or water. It includes a water canteen, food canister and two hardshell serving bowls. Easy to carry handle makes it a grab and go. Great for car trips, sporting events, picnics and summertime fun. An absolute must have for the traveling pet. I bought one. It is great. See more review at www.welcomepup.com/blog. Available in Travel Pup package or sold separately at www.welcomepup.com.

  • Dog anxiety

My dog was scared of thunder and other loud noises. I used this new product called thundershirt which required me to just put the shirt on my dog and then I eventually saw a vast difference. My dog calmed down and stopped hiding from thunder and noises. I felt that this product was a good solution for dog anxiety and at a very reasonable price.

  • Gentle leaders

I while ago I purchased a Gentle Leader heacollar for Lady. It is great for getting rid of her pulling, but no matter how tite I put the neck strap the nose loop rides in her eye. I have walked others dogs with this training tool, and have never had a problem. Any body else have a problem with this headcollar?
