Dog food recipe ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground meat (chicken, turkey, or beef)
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • sprinkle of low-fat grated cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 c up whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp tomato paste

Dog food recipe directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake until brown and firm, about 15 minutes. Cool and transfer to an airtight container. Store in fridge or freezer. Makes 25 servings.

Is it ok to feed my dog a brander dog food mixed with rice? everytime he eats that kind of food, he always vomits. What will i do? do i have to change his food?
