Want a good apartment dog who showers the family with affection? Choosing a breed that is known for being loving and social is no guarantee that he'll grow into a family-friendly adult. You will need to train your apartment dog as a puppy to be handled by familiar people, unfamiliar people, adults and children. Also, being raised around plenty of people will make him more comfortable with humans and therefore bond more easily.
