We just never think about this part of a huge problem. It is inexcusable that dogs have to suffer again because of a person's neglect. What kind of law has to be passed to provide these innocent victims a voice in how they are treated. Kudos to her for helping these precious animals in every way that she can. This article should be sent to every animal shelter in the country so the situation will be noticed and hopefully resolved in more humane actions. Grandma animal lover
