FROM THE SHELTER:

Bruiser is a fully trained obedient dog who is housebroken and very friendly with cats dogs horses people and even the mail man!
 
His gentle disposition is really cute, especially when he uses his 'inside voice' to talk in th ehouse, and only barks if something really requires attention, like someone is opening the door and he does not recognise them. He rarely barks, even when he is outside. He usually whines or whimpers or barks very softly when he wants your attention.
 
Now that you have read this far, I will tell you that Bruiser is a very protective dog. You will need to be introduced to him by someone he trusts. After that introduction Bruiser will eventually trust you and if you adopt him you have the perfect dog.
 
Bruisers family were in no position to take him where they were forced to live by unfortunate circumstances. Bruiser was raised and taught good habits by his family, and they hate to see him go to the pound, so he is currently in foster care with Jonathan and Lisa Dean. He has a home here until the right person or family comes along to adopt him.
