'My name is Blue, and I'm a three-year-old male American Staffordshire terrier and Lab mix.  Looking to hook up with a big, buff, blond guy? Well, take a look at me. I am fun-loving, loyal, and always ready for a road trip. Life has not always been so kind to me. Before I was rescued, my skin was a mess and I was a skinny boy. I am now in tip-top condition and looking for my forever home. I am a social butterfly (some say more like a 'rock star'). I go to adoption events (check out my photo from a recent Mardi Gras parade) every chance I get. I recently attended a fancy, black-tie affair with my caregivers. I have completed Canine Etiquette obedience classes and was told I was a quick learner and a good listener! I have a wonderful personality and turn heads everywhere I go. Want more information? Adoption fee is $75, which includes spay/neuter and initial vaccinations. All dogs are current on heartworm preventative. HOPE for Animals does not ship pets. Potential adopter must complete an application, provide vet references (if a previous or current pet owner), and agree to a home visit. Dogs must have a fenced yard.
