Lighthouse Boxer Rescue is a volunteer organization. We are not a shelter, our foster dogs are kept in trained foster homes until adopted. In order to adopt from us you must complete an adoption application located on our website at: www.LighthouseBoxerRescue.org

Sandy is a 1 yr old fawn female.  She is very energetic and seems to love everyone.  Sandy has already been through 3 homes in her short life, so she is looking for a home that will be committed to her for the rest of her life.  She loves other dogs and loves to play all the time.  She also loves people and just wants to be with you.
Because of Sandy's past it does take her a while to adjust to a new surroundings, she is very nervous until she settles in.  She would also excell in obedience classes as she only wants to please, this will also help with her confidence. 
Anyone adopting Sandy will be required to take her to a positive reinforcement training class.

HELP! Lighthouse is in desperate need of foster homes. The dogs are coming into the shelters of Ohio faster than we can save them. Currently we only have a couple of foster homes, and we can only take in as many dogs as we have foster homes.
