FROM THE SHELTER:

Harold is a mild mixed-breed young dog ready for his new home! He was born in early Nov. 2008.  He is one of a large litter, we think his mom was a lab mix and his dad was a hound of some kind.  Whatever they were, they had awesome 'children'.

Harold and his siblings are very calm, sweet dogs.  They get along great with other dogs and seem to be well behaved when exposed to cats.  They are good with children as well. They bark very little, only when protecting their property.

Harold has been working on house training and has done very well, he whines when he needs to go outside and to date, has not had any accidents indoors, right now he's an inside/outside dog at his 'foster home', but could easily be trained to be a full-time inside dog.

Harold needs a home that's quiet because he can be kind of shy.  He really likes his brother Jack and would do great in a home where they could go together.

Won't you consider him for your next rescue dog? He will love you forever!

Adoption fee is $100 and he has been neutered, given his shots and microchipped.  If you adopt Jack, you can adopt both these boys for $150 dollars

Dogs receive spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchip before adoption.

Cats receive spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, FELV/FIV testing, and microchip before adoption.
