FROM THE SHELTER:

Esa came to the Southeastern Correctional Institution dog program as a puppy. She is a shepherd/beagle mix. Her face melts your heart with her expressive eyes and adorable face. Esa is currently in the training program and has learned so many commands! She is a good girl who needs an adopter to show her the way, to be her steady guide and to give her the love and compassion she deserves. Potential adopters need to have patience and understanding with Esa, as she can be a bit timid and shy with new people. Hopefully, once she is placed in a real home, she will come out of that shell.
