FROM THE SHELTER:

Napoleon is a very beautiful dog. Rescued from a high kill shelter in NYC. (twice!) He was placed in a home but it did work out as the new owners were too rough with him and he reacted and bck he went to the shelter. He is a very sensitive and somewhat removed kind of a guy. Napoleon will thrive with a very gentle and soft spoken owner (s) who will give him the time he needs to trust again. He is not really shy...just removed. He is fine with other dogs With patience and time...someone will be greatly rewarded. Right now he is residing In Frederick PA
Update   Napoleon is epileptic, but easily managed with phenobarbitol with meals.
 Now that he ison meds he actually seems more realxed and calm than before   and  no seizures!
