FROM THE SHELTER:

Cocoa is approximately 8 months old and is an adorable purebred pit bull puppy. Her Mom is Diva (Razor's Edge) and her dad was a red-nosed Gotti. She is a puppy who just LOVES life! She owes her life to a compassionate dog warden.

Her weight is a little over 40#, she is very energetic and playful, loves to fetch frisbees and tennis balls and will 'give' them to you on command. She knows sit, down, wait and come.  We make her sit and wait while her food is prepared and placed on the floor.  She doesn't eat until called by name and told to eat. She absolutely knows she is a lap dog and if you're not careful she will slowly inch her way onto your lap and go to sleep, but not before she gives you several very sloppy good night kissesLoki is a very smart, sweet and happy little puppy! She loves the male and female dogs in her foster home.

She is spayed, has received her puppy vaccines, is microchipped and dewormed. She is completely crate trained and is also potty-trained!

Cocoa is looking for an INDOOR forever home only. A completed adoption application, $50.00 adoption fee, home visit(s), references and contract are REQUIRED for adoption. We will not adopt to a municipality where pit bulls are illegal.

Our normal adoption restrictions include the following: you must be at least 25 years old to adopt this animal, must have a securely fenced in yard, and must own your own home. We will consider making exceptions to these requirements on a case-by-case basis so please email us if you have any questions.
