Paulie's story...
Cutest, cuddliest, clumsiest, dog out there and she sucks on pillows
Paulie walked herself into a local fire station, on a cold night almost a year ago. She was very thin, very hungry and very sweet. A friendly fireman stayed with her all night and brought her to a local vet the following day. Paulie is not so skinny anymore, she weighs almost 50 lbs. She is healthy and just LOVES everyone.
Paulie has a very awkward gait. It appears to be neurological and not an orthopedic problem. She occassionally gets herself caught in tight spaces and her back legs are not strong enough to move her out. She is not quite as fast as the other dogs in the park, but can certainly tries hard.
She is a total lap dog. She can use some obedience training but is very responsive and should be a breeze. Paulie loves her tennis ball and loves to play fetch She is UTD on vaccines, HW tested, microchipped and spayed. Application and fee required.

PS We only adopt animals within a 100 mile radius of NYC.
