Hello!
My name is Bosley. LBR originally rescued me from a local shelter where I was almost euthanized. Now I'm not sure but I heard other dogs talking at the shelter and they said that means they send you to the Rainbow Bridge. Although that Bridge sounds pretty, I didn't want to go there - not yet anyway! I'm too young! Thank goodness LBR came and pulled me! I did get adopted once I was in LBR's foster program and I was with my family for about 1 year. Unfortunately, my family had to move and couldn't take me with them - that made me sad. But the ladies at Lighthouse took me back with open arms! So I have been back in foster care since December of 2006. My foster Mom is wonderful and takes me to obedience classes all the time! I do really well in them but my Mom is a great handler with lots of experience so that helps.
I am about 5 years old now. I am a homebody. I would be happiest in an only animal home, well, maybe 1 other dog but it has to be a girl! I get along great with my foster Boxer sisters but not boys! I do like to play and run so I may be too much for small children. I prefer to just hang out at home, maybe keep your lap warm as you watch a good movie? I listen well and know all of my basic commands. My Mom is always telling me what a good boy I am and how sweet I am. Hey, I try! My trainers are really impressed with me too. I enjoy going to classes and hope that I can continue once I find my forever family.

HELP! Lighthouse is in desperate need of foster homes. The dogs are coming into the shelters of Ohio faster than we can save them. Currently we only have a couple of foster homes, and we can only take in as many dogs as we have foster homes.
