Jaggers is in those tween years for a dog ... not quite a puppy, not quite an adult. He has been bounced around from home to home charming people with his cuteness and then not getting the exercise and training that would make this boy a wonderful dog. Hounds are easily led by the nose and it takes a little patience and tenacity on the part of the owner to turn the attention away from the ground. Jaggers is housebroken, out-going and definitely trainable. He just needs an owner who will spend a little more time with him.
