Please contact Shirlene (Lovetospare@peoplepc.com) for more information about this pet.

Lexi was found in the country. I began feeding her every few days when I would see her running a 2 mile stretch out by where I live. After about 3 weeks and I was sure she did not belong to someone, I picked her up. She was very social with people. I invited her my car, and she jumped in. Lexi is house and crate trained. She gets along with all other dogs. She just wants to run and play. She also wants lots of human attention. She is good with children . She does pull on the leash some, but that can be dealt with with a little training. She just gets excited. Maybe someone who is a runner would like her to run with, but she would still need a little training in that aspect. Lexi is probably 2-3 yrs old. She was pregnant when I found her, (probably why she was dumped in the country,) had a litter of puppies at my sanctuary in April of 05, then was spayed. Luckily she was Heartworm negative. She would make a great addition to a family, but no cats.
I think she would like to chase cats, probably would not hurt them, but you never know. Lexi is an indoor dog, and will let you know that she prefers indoors. She is afraid of storms.
