Dolly was pulled from a high kill shelter just in the nick of time. She is a four-year-old terrier mix -- possibly part Cairn, Schnauzer, Yorkie and maybe a few others as well. Whatever the parts are, it all adds up to CUTE! Dolly is a very devoted companion who follows her foster mom, Sandy, like a shadow. She also loves to snuggle, but has had to overcome some territorial and guarding issues. Sandy and Jackie, a trainer friend of NJSRN, have worked wonders getting Dolly's behavior under control and Dolly is responding very well now that she understands how she's supposed to behave. Dolly will need an experienced owner to continue to work with her, but they will be rewarded many times over. Please consider giving Dolly the loving home she needs and deserves.
