Aren't I cute? I'm Aria! I'm a purebred Golden Retriever girl, so that probably goes without saying! I'm 8 years old, so I'm past those silly behaviors you sometimes see in young pups but I have energy to spare for fun activities! I am wonderful around kids of all ages, with other dogs, and with cats. I'm not at all dominant toward anything. I'm housetrained and crate trained and I know basic commands down pat! I can be shy when I first meet someone but that passes very quickly and we can get on to the fun at hand. If you can believe it, I was a stray. Everyone who meets me is shocked because I'm just so good in every way that nobody can understand why I wasn't reclaimed immediately by a grateful owner. Personally, I think rescue is a fine place to be and I can't wait to meet the members of my permanent family! -----We require an application, phone interview, and home visit prior to adoption. We will not discuss a specific dog with an applicant until the adoption process is completed. Our adoption fee for dogs under 9 months is $250 and dogs over 9 months are $195.
