Hello. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Harrison. I am a beautiful foxhound mix - with long legs and a sleek body. It's hard to believe how far I've come since being rescued. I'm safe now at the sanctuary waiting for a special family to take me home.

When I was found I was so thin you could count my ribs from twenty feet away. The vet that took care of me said it was a miracle I was alive. He guessed I am under a year in age. So technically I'm still a puppy! But I am a smart boy, a little shy but very eager to please.

I'm all over my ailments and growing into a handsome and strong young man. I'll do best with a large fenced yard to roam in. I can be sensitive and do best with kind, reassuring words when you teach me. I want so much to have my own family and my own special place to call home.
