Heartland Weim Rescue is NOT a shelter, we are a group of volunteers fostering our weims in our homes in the states we cover. Please be patient when waiting for us to return your phone calls, and e-mails. All volunteers also work full time jobs and return calls as soon as they can, usually in the evening hours.

Mollie is approximately 3 years old, My temperment is calm and sweet and I've adjusted to life with a 15 month old male Weim and 10 year old female Weim. I know a few simple commands but I could use someone patient to help with walking me on a leash. I carry around a plastic hotdog in my mouth and will place it on my fosters moms lap...how cute! I love riding in the car and curling up next to my foster family on the couch. During our two weeks together, I haven't had an accident in the house, I have not jumped on people, 'counter surfed', chewed destructively, or barked excessively. I should not be with cats...according to Tigger, my foster families cat! That's me...Mollie...I'm looking for a tender, loving and caring home. Des Moines, IA adoption fee is $250
