Everyone assumes I'm English because my name is Chelsea, but I'm really Welsh, although I don't remember where I was born or my dad. I do remember my mom, but the memory is getting hazy. I don't know that it makes a difference if I'm Welsh or English, because all that matters is getting a home! Some people wear their hearts on their sleeve, but mine are on my side & back. You won't miss them when we meet.
From what I've been told, I came from not too good circumstances. Whatever that means! I just know that I am afraid of what people will do so I wind up going belly up a lot! I always figure that's a safe (submissive) position. Can you help me gain the confidence I need and trust people not to hurt me? We could be BFF!

Chelsea is one of our S.T.A.R. animals! S.T.A.R. animals provide financial support to other Animal Aid animals through their adoption fee. These special pets, who are always adopted quickly, Support The Animals Remaining in our care who may need many months of medical or social rehabilitation before they are adopted. The S.T.A.R.'s will have a set adoption fee. Chelsea's minimum adoption fee is $300.
