Hi, my name is Polly! My old owners used me for breeding and then abandoned me in the country, but a nice lady rescued me and got me to Big Dogs Huge Paws Rescue. I am a very good girl, although I can be a bit shy and timid in new places. I do well with other dogs, cats, and kids once I have a chance to get comfortable and I have a submissive personality. I was locked outside most of my life, so I am learning all about being an inside dog and I love it so far! My foster mom is very nice and she is teaching me basic obedience and how to walk on a leash with a gentle leader. I can't wait to go to a forever family who will love me for the rest of my life and I am starting to realize that I am safe and will be well-loved from now on!
