Shirley is a dog in need of a very special home. This 5 year old Whippet mix was adopted as a young dog by a family who loved her and worked hard for years to give her a good home. She gets along fine with other dogs and people but she has a strong desire to be outside and won't stay in the house. Shirley needs a home with a securely fenced yard and a protective all-weather shelter to live in. She needs a family who will give her lots of love, attention and exercise in an outdoor setting and who accepts the fact that she is not an indoor pet.
