Adoption details

Teddy is an Alaskan Malamute/Shepherd mix that came to us from Charleston. He was a neutered male who found himself alone at an animal control. A nice woman contacted us and offered to pay all vet care and provide transport if we'd take him. Teddy seems to prefer women but is not scared of men. He is a very large dog so he will need someone with experience to handle him. He does know sit and will lie down and so far walks fairly well on leash. He's good with other dogs but sees cats as toys.
Medical Information: He had his heartworm treatment 9/26 and is now resting for his recovery. He's had all his shots and microchip, so in four weeks, he should be ready to go home!
