Harley just arrived at CBR-East from a shelter in Kentucky! He was surrendered to the shelter by his owner because she was going away on military leave! Harley has been with his owner since he was a 6 week old puppy (purchased from a "breeder"). He reportedly is spunky, outgoing, good with cats, loves kids, and loves to play with other dogs. He is cratetrained and working on his housetraining. We'll post more about him as we get to know him!
