Meet Mindy! This sweet 2 year old lab mix was rescued from an abusive household where there were over 75 other dogs in the home. She was very pregnant and gave birth to 8 darling puppies 5 days after we rescued her. She was a wonderful mama and nursed all of her babies until they were ready to go to their forever homes. She is now looking for a forever home of her own. Mindy loves other dogs and has a fantastic disposition. She is familiar with cats and is a very smart girl. The adoption fee is $175 and includes a microchip. This is a tax deductible donation and will be applied toward the Vet bill. Animals in our care are totally vetted, made healthy, brought current on shots, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We have a legal and binding adoption contract and we perform a home inspection. Always be sure to leave a daytime AND an evening call back number. Also, please note that we all work full time jobs and may not be able to return your calls until the evening. Please be courteous of the hours you call as we all operate out of our homes. All adoptive parents must be residents of Broward County.

Please note that an adoption application is the first step of the adoption process and does not guarantee adoption. We reserve the right to deny any application or adoption that we do not feel is the proper fit for the dog. When there are multiple applications for a pet, we choose the home best suited for that particular pet. All applications are reviewed and if approved, a meeting between the pet and the applicant is arranged. A home visit is then scheduled to be performed before adoption.
