This handsome guy is looking for his forever home. Meet Darby, a 10-year-old collie/golden mix. This guy is micro chipped, neutered, and fully vetted. Darby also is sporting a modest haircut he received from a friend of WAAGR during his transport to Wisconsin!

Darby is approximately 55 pounds, has a great disposition and eyes that could melt the coldest heart. He is looking to adopt a family that can love him as much as he is capable of loving you. Darby enjoys a challenging game of tug-of-war and enjoys long naps on his dog beds.

Darby is a champion with the leash and does not lounge on furniture. He gets along with everyone and everything. He has some old-age aches and pains, but nothing will prevent him from taking daily walks. He came in to WAAGR overweight and will continue to slim down with a proper diet.

Darby does not care for stairs. He is fine with going down, but his foster mom helps him come up. Darby has very healthy teeth and flosses daily with a rope toy. He is taking Rimadyl for hip soreness but may come off of it when his weight is down and his little legs can properly support him again.
