Update from Foster:    Ella is such a sweet baby. We really enjoy her happy personality & zany antics. You can't be crabby with Ella around.

We have 3 dogs of our own. Ella loves to play with each and every one of them. She is the youngest and smallest ( at about 35 lbs.) in our "pack" but doesn't have a problem with any of them. She enjoys chasing, wrestling and tugging with all of them...and she really holds her own. The dogs play like nobody's business then, just as quick, it's nap time.
We say that Ella is just recharging her batteries. She has plenty of energy.......

Ella loves to be outside. With the various types of weather that we've had lately, well we haven't found on kind that she doesn't like to be out in. The sun, snow, rain and mud do not phase her one bit. The only thing is that she will always have to be in a fenced in yard, on a leash or tie out. She is very interested in little critters, birds and flying debris so she would take off after any of those things.

Our girl knows all the basic tricks and one more-if you tap your torso area she will jump up and give you a nice hug. She very rarely gives kisses but is very generous with her nose rubs. And she has never had an accident in our house. She is quite the little lady and will come and get you when it's time. 

Ella likes to be in the same room as you but she doesn't need to be right on your heels-she is content to sit or curl up where she can see you. And at night, she is okay with sleeping on the bed, in her dog bed or in the big chair we have in our room. She just likes to be in the same room. This is not to say Ella is aloof by any means. She is a fool for belly rubs when we are relaxing on one of the couches or on the bed. If you are petting her and stop, she may just give you a tap with her paw as if to tell you that she wasn't done being pet.

Our Ella is just an awesome girl. We think about how difficult it will be to send her off to a new home but I know the laughter and happiness she brings to her new family will make it all worth it.

All our dogs are properly vetted. Dogs - 6 months- Adult are microchipped, Frontlined, Heartwormed check, Heartguard, rabies shot and DHLPP. Puppies are given their round of DHLPP shots and Frontlined at 8 weeks.
