Derek and sister Domino were originally called 'Monday 1' and 'Monday 2'! One Monday came John came home to find the youngsters dropped off in a pen on the back porch. No idea where they came from! We are estimating they were born in February 08.
Derek is black with white markings, while his sister is tri-colored. He is little smaller than his sister and a little more reserved, but he warms up to people quickly. He is a high energy dog who would love to have a creative outlet for all that eager to please playfulness. Border collies are very intelligent dogs who can learn nearly anything and they love having jobs to do.
Derek would love a sturdy fenced in yard to play in and a family to call his own.

Unless otherwise indicated in the specific information for this pet, he/she is already fixed, up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
