Southern Shih Tzu & Toy Breed Rescue will be rehabilitating and rehoming dogs that came from an Alabama Hording seizure- Over 140 dogs were taken from the home.
We are in great need of homes for these dogs. They're mixes of toy breeds; short hair terriers, chihuahua, boston terriers and possibly shih tzu. They range from 6lbs - 18lbs. Most are adults. We have a few puppies, that were born in the shelter.
All dogs will be spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm tested, dewormed and treated for all medical issues (including dental work, heartworm treatment, etc....)
We are currently seeking FUNDING (DONATIONS) for their medical needs. Rescue does not receive funding from local, state or federal government. We work on Donations alone! Please help us make a difference for these dogs.... they deserve a chance.
