A true diamond in the rough! Trumper came to SmallDog Rescue so covered in mats and other filthy unmentionables that we had to shave his thick brown coat to the skin to find the handsome Peke beneath all the mess. At the time, Mr. Trumper weighed in at a slight 10 pounds. With a soft, healthy new coat on the way, this precious 4-year-old is ready to shed his past, too, and find a happy home where he can come out of his shell. Like almost all of our puppy mill pups, Trumper will need an adult-only home.
