Happy is truly a happy boy! He is a rescue from Pima Animal Care and Control who was on the euthanazia list because of a damaged eye. Happy will be neutered this week and have his bad eye removed. This great little guy is about sixteen pounds, cream colored and loves everyone. His tail never stops wagging and he just wants to be friends with everyone. Happy will be ready for a new home in a few weeks, but right now he is keeping his foster parents entertained and they are giving him the TLC he needs while he is on he mend.
