Arnie is a cute little Spaniel mix. He is about eighteen pounds, black/tan, current on vaccinations and microchipped. Arnie will be neutered as soon as he gets over kennel cough. He was on the E list at PACC because he got un upper respiratory virus. In a few days when he finishes his antibiotics, he will be as good as new, he will then be neutered and can go to a new home where he can share his love and kindness.
