FROM THE SHELTER:
Clancy is great dog. He is very affectionate and knows basic commands. He is easy going and good with other dogs; will likely wonderful with children based upon his temperament. He is about 4-6 yrs old and is housebroken.He does like to intimidate squirrels some, so he will need to be secured. When outside, he mostly hangs out under trees keeping them at bay. Clancy is a runner so me must be in a fenced yard to be able to run and play free. He has also lunged at a cat so he probably shouldn't be with cats unless you are willing to work with him and the cat(s).
Clancy has the best of the collie and the golden retriever or whatever other breed is in his DNA.
