Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the flour, wheat germ, brewer’s yeast and salt together in a bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the oil and garlic. In 3 parts, alternately add 1/2 cup chicken stock and flour mixture. Mix well and then knead for approximately 2 minutes on a floured surface. The resulting dough should be sticky. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out until it is 3/8 inch thick. Cut out your favorite biscuit shape and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and rotate the baking sheet. Baste the biscuits with the remaining 1/4 cup of chicken stock. Bake for another 10 minutes and turn off oven. Leave the oven door closed with the pan inside for 1 1/2 hours.
