DogTime wins Beast of the Bay Award

DogTime.com has been named Best Overall Website for Dog Lovers in Bay Woof‘s fourth annual Beast of the Bay Awards. More than 7,000 votes were cast in this year’s competition via online ballot, and DogTime.com won the category by an almost two-to-one margin over its closest competitor.

Muttville Senior Dog Rescue founder Sherri Franklin behind the wheel of the MuttMobile; DogTime will donate $500 to Muttville.

In recognition of the award, DogTime will donate $500 to Muttville Senior Dog Rescue.

“The Bay Area is a great place to raise a dog,” Simon Tonner, president of DogTime Media, said. “We are very proud that this pet-focused community has picked DogTime as the Best Overall Site for Dog Lovers.”

DogTime.com has also been featured in the “Best Of” issue of San Francisco magazine and other prominent publications.

Complete Beast of the Bay results can be found in the March issue of Bay Woof; the awards will be presented at a formal ceremony in San Francisco that same month.
