My seven dogs, ranging from Rottweiler to Minature Schnauzer love bones. I buy raw soup bones or neck bones at the grocery store. I supervise their bone-chewing time and throw the bones away when they have stripped them clean and are no longer real interested in them. One of our Rotties chews up the whole thing! I never give chicken bones although I have been told that they are okay when they are raw. I still don’t trust them. I try to give the smaller bones to the smaller dogs and vice versa. Any bone has the potential to choke…just supervise the dog’s enjoyment of the bones. |

Raw bones with meat on them are good for dogs. Never feed cooked bones though. |
