sniffing

I have a 4-5mth female maltese X.she is constantly sniffing the carpet and tiled floors.Also she is constantly sniffing and biting at the grass as if to get something under the grass.Is this normal.wether the answer is yes or no,why does she do it?

If there’s one thing dogs and humans have in common, it’s that you won’t find a member of either group who’s perfect.


And dogs are always curios about stuffs, especially puppies with lots of energy to spend.

This could also be due to boredom. Mental and physical stimulation is important to the development and happiness of any pup.
