I have a beagle who backs out of his harness (like lifting a shirt over your head)a lot of times we take him for a walk or with us on a bike ride. I don’t want to tighten the harness anymore and don’t want to use a choke/chain collar, so any suggestions are very much appreciated. Anyone who knows beagles know they run on a dime. We’ve been lucky so far in being able to get him back, and without injury, but I feel like its Russian Roulette, and he’s my world. Thanks so much!! |

Training a good leash behavior could be so demanding, so until he learns to walk loose leash, all walks are training walks, make it numerouse, short, and positive for him. here are some helpful articles to train and help you choose the right leash for your dog. http://dogtime.com/leashes.html http://dogtime.com/good-leash-behavior-aspca.html Good luck |
