Mister Moopsie seems to be coming up on my bed with me less and less these days for sleepy time. My guess is he is having some difficulty with the jump, so I’m thinking about investing in some doggie stairs. |

I’ve never heard of doggie stairs, but when my malamute started having trouble jumping onto the bed, I just built her a little wooden ramp. She still needed some assistance climbing up it, but it worked pretty well. |

My friend’s mom bought a handicap ramp for their dogs to get into the house from the backyard- I think a ramp helps more than steps. |

We had custom stairs built for our bed as it is nearly 3 feet off the ground and we have bassets. They love their new stairs and can now freely come up or down on their choice. The only problem is getting them to come out of the bed now. :-) |
