I am a groomer. I have a client that has a Newfoundland. He i s175 lbs. and spends a majority of his time outdoors where there is a good amount of vegetation. It has taken me between 4 -5 hours from beginning to end. Brushing, bathing and completely drying. When I am finished, he looks stunning, hence my return appointments every 3 weeks. However the franchise for which I work is under the impression is should only take me 75 minutes!!! Who is the crazy one here???

I believe that getting the job done right doesn’t always mean getting it done fast! Too bad you can’t ask the owner which he or she would prefer!

Good grooming is healthy and happy part of his life.
Grooming should be a pleasure
Good things come to those who wait!
