Hi my dog is real small and weighs 4 POUNDS! he’s bean peaing and pooping everywhere that we had to buy him a dieper any idead how to potty train him. Uh OH NOT AGAIN!

Hi! Your puppy is so cute! :)


Anyway, the key to housetraining success is being able to predict when your dog needs to go, getting him outside in time, and then rewarding him for doing the right thing in the right place. This gets him in the habit of pooping and peeing outdoors. Check this link for more information.

A crate is an essential tool in the potty training process because it helps your dog learn how to “hold it” and, more importantly, it allows you to predict when she’ll need to go, so you can take her outside and reward her for going in the right spot.
